Yes! You can upgrade your plan or resources at anytime automatically through our billing system.
It is noted on order form which location is DDoS protected, if there is no info about it that means we do not provide DDoS protection on that location/plan.
Unfortunately due to abuse we have no refunds policy.
We provide 99.9% network uptime guarantee. Please see our terms of service for more information.
As our VPS service is completely unmanaged we do not provide any backups for your service at this time.
